Recognition of Prior Learning

Recognition of Prior Learning
If you have skills or knowledge previously acquired through your work experience or qualifications and short courses, you may be eligible to apply for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). If you believe this applies to you, you will be required to supply evidence of your previous experience in the form of:
  • Proof of previous work experience or training
  • Pay 100% of the course or unit fee
  • Participate in an interview to review your eligibility with the RTO Manager and Trainer

Complaints & Appeals

This form should be used to make a formal complaint about any aspect of the services provided to you by us or about our staff, another learner or a third party providing services on our behalf.

You may also use this form to appeal an assessment decision. Please include as much information as possible about your complaint or appeal as this will help us to provide a resolution more efficiently.

Booking Cancellation Request

This form should be used to request a cancellation for a booked course. Please note this is a request only and we will contact you to confirm the outcome of your request once reviewed

If you are unable to attend one of our courses, it is best to let us know as soon as possible. Due to the nature of our remote training, we sometimes have 2 days of travel on either side of a course, which we need to consider.

Our cancellation / refund policy is outlined below:

  • Cancel up to 48hr prior – Full Refund
  • Cancel within 48hrs – No refund available but we will endeavour to reschedule you into a course on a later date when we are back in the area.

If you are part of a private group or corporate booking, please notify the organiser if you cannot make the course and we ask the organiser to notify us 48hrs prior to course commencement to discuss their options.
