Once you have registered for one of our courses, you will be given a link to our online portal. The first time you log in you will need to enter your user name is your email address you have registered with, and your password is your surname all in lower case.

Once you have logged in for the first time you will be prompted to create a new password to use from then on.

A Unique Student Identifier (USI) gives students access to their own training records and results through an online account, ensuring that training records are secure, accessible and consolidated. It is a requirement for anyone undertaking nationally recognised training and we will need you to provide a USI before commencing our courses. If you need to apply for a USI or search to see if you currently have one, you can do this through our online portal.

• Have the literacy skills to understand signage, warning labels and instructions relating to first aid materials.
• Have the numeracy skills to perform simple calculations regarding rate of chest compressions and rescue breathing
• Have the physical ability to perform 2 minutes of uninterrupted single rescuer CPR
• Wear comfortable appropriate clothing suitable for the practical requirements of training and outdoor scenarios
• Have access to the internet to complete the online training on a desktop / tablet / phone. If you do not have access or lack confidence using a computer, please contact us so we can make arrangements to provide support
• Provide accurate and up to date personal information

In short, yes, but it differs depending on location of the course requested. It is best to fill out the booking request form and we will contact you and discuss the details.

No we don’t, but location depending we ask for a minimum participant requirement. This covers our travel costs, and you gain more confident first aiders in your community…. Win win!!

If you are unable to attend one of our courses, it is best to let us know as soon as possible. Due to the nature of our remote training, we sometimes have 2 days of travel either side of a course which we need to consider. Our cancellation / refund policy is outlined below:

• Cancel up to 48hr prior  – Full Refund
• Cancel within 48hrs – No refund available but we will endeavour to reschedule you into a course on a later date when we are back in the area.

If you wish to cancel and apply for a refund, please use our ‘Refund Form’ found on our website.
If you are part of a private group or corporate booking, please notify the organiser if you cannot make the course and we ask the organiser to notify us 48hrs prior to course commencement to discuss their options.

You will be able to access your certificate through our online portal using your personal log in once both the knowledge and practical assessment components are completed. This will be available indefinitely so if you lose your certificate, you can log in and download another one.

If you have a complaint or wish to appeal an assessment decision, please complete our Complaints and Appeals form and we will process in line with our Complaints and Appeals policy .
